Had a strange thought today while doing help texts for ConvallisCMS, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors work like word processors and yesterday a customer was wanting some help with their site, they used font-size a lot and the sizes get each as the number grows (example: Font-size 1 is smaller than Font-size 2) but then when they went to make the headers bigger, the customer assumed that it worked the same as font-size, but header tags go the opposite way, <H1> is the biggest and <H6> is the smallest, that does make sense, but somehow users can still get confused when doing this kind of stuff. Not sure why I posted about it but it really made me think.
